Select "Yes" if the nursing care level classification is for severe care needs (nursing level 4 or 5).

The nursing care insurance funds do not automatically indicate the "helplessness" of a person (marked as "H") when they are classifying their need for nursing care (nursing level 4 or 5).

A classification in nursing care levels 4 and 5 is therefore equivalent to the marker "H" on a disabled person's identity card and entitles the holder to receive the increased disability allowance of 3.700 Euro.
