Note: A waiver of the deduction for special expenses is only possible if you consciously do not wish to use tax incentives (e.g. tax reduction or allowances) for this contract. Please note:

• Without state support, the later pension will only be taxed at the rate of the income share – and not in full.
• This waiver may be sensible if, for example, you expect to have only a low income in retirement and wish to avoid full taxation.

Before submitting a waiver declaration to your provider, be sure to check the tax implications and whether the waiver is worthwhile for your personal situation. A subsequent withdrawal is not possible.
