If you have been receiving pension payments for the entire year 2018, you do not need to enter a time period.

The pension allowance is reduced by one-twelfth for each month in the year 2018, for which you have not received pension payments. This type of reduction is usually only taken into account for the year in which the first payments were received or in the event of death.
