Delivery costs
We currently do not offer the option to order physical products in our shop.
Therefore, no shipping costs will be incurred for your order.
When you make a purchase in our shop, you will receive a submission code immediately after placing your order. This will be sent to you by email along with the invoice and the cancellation policy. The submission code is only valid in conjunction with your user account and can be easily redeemed for the selected tax year.
Payment
When placing orders in the Lohnsteuer kompakt shop, the following payment methods are available to you. In no case will you incur additional costs for the chosen payment method.

- PayPal
- Advance Payment
SEPA Direct Debit Mandate
When paying by SEPA Direct Debit, forium will inform the customer of the amount and due date by email ("Pre-Notification"). The period for your advance notice of the debit date (Pre-Notification period) is reduced to 1 day. The customer ensures that the account is sufficiently funded. Costs arising from non-payment or reversal of the debit will be borne by the customer, unless the non-payment or reversal was caused by forium.
When selecting the SEPA Direct Debit payment method, an additional 0.00 Euro will be charged.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception may be guest access). Further information is provided during the order process.
When selecting the PayPal/PayPal Express payment method, an additional 0.00 Euro will be charged.
Advance Payment
When paying in advance, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number and our bank details sent to your specified email address. After receipt of payment, the tax return for the selected functions will be activated.
For new customers, only payment via PayPal or advance payment is possible.
Contract text and completed orders
Beyond the order data required to process your order, the individual contract text is not stored by us. Therefore, it cannot be accessed by you after the order process is completed. However, you can save or print your order data.
We will send you the invoice, our terms and conditions, and the cancellation form directly after the purchase by email. You can view the terms and conditions online at any time.
You can access your past invoices at any time in our customer area (Dashboard) after logging in with your user data.
Cancellation
After placing your order, you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email).
The conditions and deadlines set out in our cancellation policy apply. You can also use our sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
