Compliance with the requirements
This website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of EN 301 549, implemented in conjunction with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA.
The following content is not yet fully accessible:
- Partially insufficient colour contrasts
- Individual form elements without appropriate ARIA labels
- Missing focus indicators for keyboard navigation
- Structuring errors in HTML landmarks and headings
- PDF documents that are not fully accessible
We are working intensively to remove these barriers.
Exception under Section 12 BFSG (Disproportionate burden)
Some older content, particularly PDF documents, was created before 28/06/2025 and is currently not fully accessible.
Retrofitting these contents to be accessible would represent a disproportionate economic and organisational burden.
The decision was made based on a case-by-case assessment, taking into account the nature, scope, company resources, and frequency of use.
For affected content, we offer individual support (e.g. telephone explanation, simplified presentation on request).
Preparation of the declaration
This declaration was created on 02.06.2025 based on an external accessibility audit.
The following procedures were used:
- Automated tests (including axe DevTools, WAVE)
- Manual checks of keyboard navigation and contrasts
- Screen reader tests (including NVDA and VoiceOver)
- Evaluation according to WCAG 2.2, Level AA
Relevance and Further Development
This statement is reviewed regularly, at least once a year, as well as in the event of significant changes to the content, structure, or technology of the website.

Explanations in plain language & sign language
A version of this declaration in Easy Language can be found here.
A video in German Sign Language (DGS) is currently not available. Following an individual assessment, the provision was deemed a disproportionate burden in accordance with § 12 BFSG. The reasons are particularly the significant financial, personnel and organisational effort required to produce a high-quality sign language video.
As alternative access, we offer the declaration in Easy Language and our contact point for queries. We regularly review whether provision will be possible in the future.
