What happens if I have lost my login details?

Access to your tax return is only possible by logging in to Lohnsteuer kompakt with the login details known only to you. If you lose your password, you must request a new one, which can be changed in the login area.

Passwords at Lohnsteuer kompakt are only encrypted and never transmitted in plain text, so only the respective users know their password. Additionally, all data stored on Lohnsteuer kompakt servers is encrypted, making unauthorised decryption and use impossible.

Lohnsteuer kompakt also supports you in choosing a secure password: When you enter a password, you will be shown how secure it is.
