Field help: Do you want to revoke the waiver?

If you have previously waived the additional special expenses deduction towards the provider of your pension plan, you can reverse the waiver for the year 2025. In this case, select "yes".

Note: Waiving the special expenses deduction only makes sense if you deliberately do not want to claim a special expenses deduction for the contracts mentioned here. The advantage of waiving any state support is that the later pension from this contract does not have to be taxed in full, but only partially (with the share of income). If you decide to waive, you should carefully examine the tax implications and the individual situation.
