• did not belong to any church tax-collecting religious denomination for the entire year, or

Other religious denomination:
If your religious denomination is not listed but is entitled to collect church tax, select "Other church tax-liable religious denomination".

Then enter the exact name of the religious denomination in the additional field provided.
