Enter the date you acquired the investment shares.

The acquisition date is generally the day of purchase or the transfer of the asset into the taxpayer's private assets.

Fund shares that have been in the account for a longer period

All fund shares that were already in your account on 01.01.2023 are considered acquired, regardless of when you actually bought them. This also applies to reinvested earnings (accumulated shares).

Even if you did not buy anything new in 2023, but already had shares on 1 January 2023, you must enter them here.

Newly purchased fund shares in 2023

If you bought fund shares in 2023, the advance lump sum is only calculated for the months you already held the shares.

For each full month in 2023 that you did not yet own the shares, the lump sum is automatically reduced by 1/12 by Lohnsteuer kompakt.
